Submit a Claim - General Instructions

If you were a Jeunesse Distributor in the United States any time between January 1, 2010 and September 13, 2018, you may be eligible to receive one or more of the following benefits under the Settlement Agreement (the “Settlement”):

Starter Kit Refund Benefit: If you purchased a Jeunesse Starter Kit intending to build a Jeunesse business and failed to recoup the price paid for your Starter Kit in commission payments from Jeunesse or retail resale profits, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the price you paid for your Starter Kit; and

Discarded Product Refund Benefit: If you purchased Jeunesse products intending to resell them, but were unable to sell some products and ultimately discarded these unsold products, you may be eligible for a payment of up to 50% of the purchase price of the discarded products.

Extended Product Return Benefit: If you retained unopened Jeunesse products you were unable to sell, you may be able to return the product to Jeunesse under the Extended Product Return Benefit, even if the deadline to do so under Jeunesse’s normal policies has passed. Click here for more details.

To determine your eligibility for these benefits, you may submit your claim online prior to the Filing Deadline, December 31, 2018.

It is important that all of the information you provide on this Claim Form is true, accurate, and complete. You may be required to provide documentation supporting the answers you have provided. Persons who submit false or fraudulent claims will not be eligible for compensation.


Please Note: The benefits provided under this Settlement are for people who attempted, but ultimately failed, to build a Jeunesse distributorship business. As a result, if you make a claim for one or more of the benefits below and you have not yet resigned as a distributor, or your distributorship remains active, Jeunesse will deem you to have resigned as a distributor upon your making a claim for benefits under this settlement, and your Jeunesse distributor account will be closed.


How to File Online:

After your eligibility is confirmed, you will be asked to provide your Class Member ID included on a postcard or email Notice you may have received. If you did not receive the Notice and believe you are a member of the Class, or you have lost your Class Member ID, please contact the Claims Administrator at 1-877-588-5714 or Info@JeunesseDistributorSettlement.com. You will not be able to submit a Claim online without your Class Member ID.

Once you have entered your Class Member ID, you will then be able to file a Starter Kit Claim and/or a Discarded Product Claim. Please note, being eligible for one type of claim does not exclude you from being eligible for the other.

Before beginning your Claim, make sure you have all your information about your Starter Kit and/or Discarded Product(s). You will not be able to save your form and complete it at a later time.

How to File via Mail:

If you would instead like to submit your Claim by mail, you will need to fill out and return the Claim Form, downloadable here, or available on request by calling 1-877-588-5714. Read the instructions carefully, fill out the Form completely, sign and date it, and mail it, postmarked no later than December 31, 2018, to the following address:
